If you are traveling in groups of more than 10 people, contact us and ask for our group prices. We have discounts between 10% and 20% depending on the number of tests and the location where the samples will be collected.
When
making the reservation, please add an additional comment asking about
the group special prices. Our staff will send you the information regarding the discount that applies to your group.

Covid-19 Testing Service Hours
Test Booking
- 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Sunday.
- All reservations outside of those hours will be handled the next day.
- The reservation must be made at least 24 hours before taking the test.
Sample Collection
- 9 am to 7 pm Monday through Sunday.
- We recommend you to take your test during the morning.
Booking Process
With DocTour the process of booking your Covid-19 test for international travels is done online and it's very simple. You just have to follow the following steps:
1. Make your request
Send a message with the following information: Name, e-mail, type of test (PCR or Antigens), number of tests and the city (Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum).
2. Pay & confirm
You will receive an e-mail with the instructions, a form to fill in some additional information and a PayPal link with the online payment format.
We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit card providers.
3. Wait for your test
Once we receive the form and
receipt of your payment , we will send you your confirmation number with the booking details. All there is left is to wait for your test*.
